Guests are able to arrive and set up camp on Sample Early-Arrival Date from Sample Time. If you want to hang out with us a day longer, spend time in the on-site sauna and partake in lake activities (swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding) we would love to have you.

Accommodation

You can camp, glamp, or book a local hotel - the choice is yours!

🏕️ Private Camping

Please bring your own tent, camping equipment, and food/snacks if you plan on arriving a day early. A 'get ready' tent will be available with mirrors, hairdryers, and power points. Toilets and showers are also provided on site.

🔔 Bell Tent Hire

Available for a 2-night hire, pre-pitched and ready when you arrive. We have either:

2-man bell tent — £XXX total
6-man bell tent — £XXX total

Bedding is available for an additional £XXX per person. If you do not book a bell tent by the hire deadline, we will not be able to accommodate your needs.

A list of local hotels and Airbnbs is available upon request. The local towns of Sample Town and Sample Town Two have lots of options to suit all budgets!

Dress Code

Our dress code is formal - we want to see you looking your absolute best!

The wedding party colours will be confirmed closer to the big day, so keep an eye out for updates.

And please — do not wear white!

As this is an outdoor wedding, please consider your footwear carefully, stilettos might not be the best choice!

Any dietary requirements will be accommodated to the best of our ability and all decisions will be communicated with you ahead of time. Please note your requirements in the RSVP form below.

Campers are welcome to bring their own snacks for the night, however cooking equipment is not permitted. The camping area has a fire pit — perfect for post-wedding s'mores! 🔥

FAQs

Please aim to arrive at Sample Time. Any arrivals after Sample Time will not be permitted to enter the ceremony. Please plan your journey accordingly — and leave extra time for parking!
There is parking available on site, but it is limited. We strongly encourage guests to car share or book taxis where possible to avoid congestion or delays. Cars may be left overnight at your own risk and must be collected before Sample Time on Sample Departure Date.
We don't want any gifts (we have enough things as it is!) but you are more than welcome to contribute to our honeymoon fund. Details will be shared closer to the date.
Unfortunately, latecomers after Sample Time will not be able to join the ceremony itself. You are of course still very welcome to join the celebrations afterwards once the ceremony has concluded.
